    Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while using the play facilities.

    Health & Wellbeing

    For the safety of all guests, children who are unwell should not use the play areas.

    Food & Allergies

    We are a nut-free centre. No outside food is allowed inside the venue or on the play equipment.

    Dress Code

    Shoes must be removed before entering play areas
    Socks must be worn at all times

    Safe Play

    Children should use play areas appropriate for their age.
    Our team may guide children to more suitable areas if needed.

    Please treat our equipment, toys, and facilities with care so everyone can enjoy them.

    We’re here to help and keep everyone safe. Any abusive language or behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave.

    Personal Items

    No jewellery, watches, sharp objects, or loose items are allowed on play equipment. Personal belongings are left at your own risk

    Food & Drink on Equipment

    Food and drinks are not permitted on any play equipment.

    TOILET & HAND WASHING

    Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play areas.

    PLAY SESSION TIMES

    During busy or peak periods, play sessions may be limited to 2 hours to allow everyone to enjoy the facilities.

    SLIDE & STRUCTURE SAFETY

    Please keep slide exits clear at all times. Children must not climb on netted walls, barriers, or the play structure.

    NO SMOKING OR FIRE

    Smoking, vaping, flames, and fire are strictly prohibited inside the play centre and play areas.

    THROWING OBJECTS

    Balls and other play items should not be thrown at other children, guests, or members of staff.

    SPILLS & CLEANLINESS

    Please report any spillages or food debris to a member of staff as soon as possible so it can be cleaned safely.

    ACCIDENTS & FIRST AID

    All accidents must be reported to a member of staff so we can provide assistance and record the incident where required.
